Computers with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, LCD and computer projectors, visualizer, DVD Playback and microphones are included in each session room. For more details, please look at our Guidelines for presentations.

What is the green theme of the conference?

Our organisers have been to many conferences over the years and have been disappointed by the amount of waste generated by conferences. In the HKCPD 2020 Conference we intend to minimise the amount of waste generated and reduce the amount of plastics. Measures we are taking include:

  • An online programme rather than a printed programme
  • A stationary corner where participants can collect stationary if and when they need it
  • E-certificates rather than printed certificates
  • Plastic free eating utensils where possible
  • Bring your own bottle initiative for participants

We hope that participants will support us in this initiative and help us have a greener conference and generate less waste.
